Bloemfontein-born star Vicus Visser, who was discovered on YouTube, has been hard at work on his upcoming album scheduled for release later this year.

At age 10, the youngster recorded a video of him singing the then popular These Arms by All for One. It went viral on YouTube six years later. Huge interest was sparked by the clip both locally and internationally. American record companies such as Sony LA, Def Jam, along with producer and songwriter Steve Morales tried in vain to snatch this young talent. Now, 17 years old, Visser has settled in Johannesburg with his brother Vincent. He is diligently working on his debut album set to put him on the map in the country’s music industry

The first single Lovers at First Sight features Vicus’s brother Vincent and the next one for later this year will be Vicus alone. - The Weekly
